All requests for return authorization MUST be made within 10 days of invoice date.
All products being returned must be in the same condition as received and shipped at the customer's expense. Ixthus Medical Supply WILL NOT accept open or partially used boxes.
All returns for reasons other than an error by Ixthus Medical Supply will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
